Splitxp cooldown
Detailed explanation of your suggestion.
The splitxp cooldown timer is very annoying when it comes to disenchanting and enchanting items especially with the timer being 30 seconds between. It may not be a big problem to everyone but it diffidently can be very annoying at times.
How do you think this would improve Hellbounds?
I think it will make it easier for people to enchant/disenchant items and make it less of a hassle for players. I think it will also make it more enjoyable for players who want to get xp for gsets faster.
